Right of withdrawal
Do you have a right of withdrawal and want to cancel an agreement with us? You can do so online below, in a single step. There’s no need to send us a letter or separate email. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email straight away.
When do you have this right?
For a distance purchase you generally have, as a consumer, a fourteen-day cooling-off period (art. 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code). An exception applies to our digital content: if, when ordering, you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby waive your cooling-off period, there is no longer a right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (art. 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code).
So you do have a right of withdrawal if, for example, you cancel a membership within the first fourteen days, or if you did not consent to immediate delivery. In doubt? Feel free to fill in the form. We’ll assess it and get back to you. See also our terms and conditions.
